I think my school wants to give me a heart attack. They tend to subtly lie to me so that I stress out and cry, watching my future go down the drain.

I got my PSATs scores back this week. He handed them back when I sitting with Lydia. (She scored higher, but just barely. So much for her 7 months of SAT boot camp.) He said something implying to us that our scores... well, frankly, sort of sucked, even if he didn't want to say those exact words. He's not mean. I can't remember what exactly he said, or even for that matter what exactly my scores are. That's how upset I got about the matter. I hide in a study room after, crying, and called my mom to come pick me up.

I don't know what the hell is wrong with these people. As if they don't know by now I don't want to go to Stanford or somewhere anyway. My mom came and got me. We have one of those College Board books with all the schools in the nation, which we looked through when I got home. They have the middle 50% SAT scores listen of the students accepted for all the schools in the book. Out of all the schools I've been looking into, those SAT scores almost mimicked my PSAT scores, cept' a little off for math. But that means I've got better scores that 50% of people who GOT IN.

So I had a full day of emotional distress for what? Nothing.

Fucking Alsion.

Two more weeks of classes. Just two more weeks.I must keep telling myself this so I don't drown in the amount of work I still have to do over the next two to three weeks.

i have decided not to sleep tonight. i feel like reading! plus i had to change a bunch of stuff on the computer, cuz we reloaded windows today. i got to put everything back in my itunes library. that was f-u-n. in 24 hours i will be sitting in a theatre staring at edward cullen. !!!!!! i'm so excited.

i watched bram stoker's dracula earlier. gary oldman is so awesome. i [finally] saw the dark knight the other day. once again, gary oldman is awesome. and the joker was just about the most brilliant character i've seen in quite some time. seriously, i think i'm gonna get me a joker shirt from ht.

my mom has decided to go vegan for her health, so there's lots and lots of veggies. no meat. and she's only gonna buy eggs milk and cheese for me. mmm dairy. my brother moved out last saturday. it's sooo weird without him. it's so quiet. i still have not moved out. i'm looking, but i'm not finding much luck. oh and i'm going to college next semester! oh yea, irvine valley college. yay for cheap schools. i plan on taking like 3 classes, and all i've got to do is register in a few weeks. so i've been very busy deciding what to take...i'm very indecisive. i'm for sure taking trigonometry.

i think i'm gonna go read the historian...dracula made me want to pick it up again [i never got past like page 50]

Missed him yesterday, but he's here now! Yesterday he was attempted to be delivered but no one was available to sign for the package. So today after school I went straight to the post office to pick him up! The box was one of the biggest ones waiting to be picked up at the post office. As everyone stared at me walking out with that huge thing..

Bill's so pretty. He's a perfect doll. His skin color is amazing, and while I'm a bit disappointed his eyes aren't brown, they are a beautiful purple grey color. I wish they wouldn't have to go to waste though. Today, I contacted the person who will be doing his makeup and piercing, and I ordered him a wig. It's so exciting. I had ordered new eyelashes as well, and I applied Tom's myself today. It's a subtle change, but much cuter. I'm still deciding about his clothing, but in the mean time, I had bought him and Tom matching socks. :)

This past Friday I attended a rally against the recently passed Proposition 8 to "eliminate the rights" of same-sex couples to marry. Unfortunately, I couldn't go to the one in San Francisco because it was already too late to even get there through all the traffic. But we did find a smaller one in San Jose.

From the beginning, there was probably 100 or so people there. Everyone had huge signs, and some had bike horns, flags, and cowbells. People brought extra signs for those who didn't have any, which was a good thing for us. It was so amazing. I've never attended a rally before, so I didn't know what to expect. I felt really proud of myself. Like I was a part of something. As I can't vote, I didn't really feel like I did my part in this election. But this was different. We chanted in front of the city hall, and other populous places for several hours through the night. I brought my film camera. I didn't get as many photos as I'd like, and I don't know how many will turn out since it was so dark. But we'll just wait and see!

Totally planing to go to more rallies, but in the mean time, time to study for a bio-exam,

hello there
i worked 3 to 12 today. that's nine hours!! and this guy payed my 25 bucks to close for him, so i made a bunch o' moneys today. not to mention free coffee. for some reason i feel totally fine, not even tired. which is weird cuz workin 9 hours is not easy, and we were realllly busy for a couple hours and i was ready to die. i did so much cleaning! this past week has gone by so fast. tomorrow is sunday! i work 12 to 7...it's gonna be sooo busy...sunday football. my sister and her bf are coming for dinner, i hope i'll be able to join them. i am still looking for a place to live, like a room for rent cuz i can't afford a place by myself. it's a lot of work. ugh. i've looked at like, 5 places. my feet smell so bad. and i am itching for a tattoo!

books::: i finished the effects of light at 5 in the morning the other day. it's so good. everybody should read it! a couple chapters into a briefer history of time. it's not too hard to understand yet... i got the divine comedy for my bday, it's going to take me for-ever to read it. yay!

movies::: tropic thunder was pretty funny. pineapple express was fucking hilarious. i want to own it. mmm i watched the jacket on dvd, i didn't like it that much, there was a lot left hanging. re-watched the mothman prophecies on vhs...that movie scares me a bit. thank you for smoking was on the other day! of course i watched all of it. and i saw zach and miri make a porno last night. oh that kevin smith. i wasn't expecting it to turn into a romantic comedy, but it was very funny.

music::: i'm still listening to all my vinyls. i am stuck on alopecia still, i really like it. i think i'm gonna look into some billie holliday, i heard a song in a movie and i really liked it. so here i go.

meeee!!

am currently looking for a place to share on craigslist. i am ready to move out! yay!
yesterday we had a family thing for me and my brother's birthday. we went to the most amazing persian restaurant, caspian's. mmmm. my mom made pumpkin pie and bought us alcohol. as for gifts, i have a total of $110 for urban outfitters, $50 for hot topic, a monkey balloon, raspberry bacardi, and my sister's supposed to take us to an 18+ club in la. haha.

tomorrow me my brother dylan britanya and erin going to la for the zoo and e's book signing!!! aaaaand on wednesday b's doing something way awesome for me. it's a surprise.

books:: i was just reading the effects of light prior to this. not very far though, and i have yet to start a briefer history of time.

movies:: i'm going to see tropic thunder at the dollar theatre in less than an hour. i watched mulhulland drive and eraserhead a few days ago. my oh my. david lynch scares and frustrates me. i was totally into mulhulland drive, but my questions were not answered by the end, so i was pissed and confused. eraserhead was..disturbing. and yes confusing.

tv:: 3 more episodes to go in twin peaks! i'm so sad!

music:: i got 4 vinyls today. =) all the why? albums and one interpol. it was quite exciting, i love getting mail. and i am only awaiting one more interpol album. currently listening to alopecia. i'm giving devendra a break.
